TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations, Non-Refundable Booking Fees and No-Shows
For some appointments, we will take a non-refundable booking fee. This will go towards the final balance of your service(s).
If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel/re-schedule within 24 hours of the start of your appointment, your deposit will be retained by the salon.
If you know you are unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as early as possible so I can re-schedule your appointment, transferring your booking fee if the 24 hours notice is given.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, failure to give the 24 hours notice will incur a penalty of 50% of the treatment cost booked.
Lateness/ Arriving early
Please let me know if you are going to be late for your appointment, I can usually allow for a few minutes, however I may have clients after your appointment. So if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may cancel your appointment and the above cancellation terms will apply. As a home salon I only have a small waiting area. If you do arrive early and I am still with a client please do feel free to take a seat.
Parking
There is ample off road parking on the drive way. Please do take in to mind other clients and try to park leaving room for others who may arrive early and wish to park also.
Patch Testing
A Patch test for Eye Lash Extensions and Tinting is required 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do this will mean the treatment can not go ahead.
Other Terms & Conditions
Some of my services / treatments will come with their own specific terms and aftercare. These will be highlighted individually either upon booking, consultation or at your appointment.
